LCS – Issue search can’t find other AX versions

Issue

I went to LCS to find whether or not an issue is a bug recently. No matter what I tried in the search box, it only returned results for AX7. I was looking for an in issue in R3. Where are the other versions? I used to be able to filter under PRODUCT. I was so frustrated because I used to be able to filter by the PRODUCT category.

Solution

This is the url after I searched

Then I changed it to
https://fix.lcs.dynamics.com/Issue/Results/

Now I’m able to search with anything with different product versions.
